Balsamic Salad Dressing

Here’s what you need:
  • 1/2 cup Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1/2 cup Avocado Oil
  • 2 Tbsp. minced garlic or 6 fresh garlic cloves, minced
  • Several pinches of salt
  • Paramsen Cheese (to taste)
Add the vinegar, oil, garlic and salt to a shaker bottle or mason jar. Shake cover and shake well to combine. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Add parmesan cheese, shake again and serve over your favorite salad. Enjoy!
 
**NOTE:  I would recommend the powdered parmesan cheese as the shredded seemed to sink to the bottom.
